Contact and location information, category placement, web pages included in our index and re-index frequency can all be controlled by the business. How the Contact and Location addresses work

The system has been constructed so that a business may have a corporate contact location and a different location that they do their business from. For most small businesses, this information will be exactly the same. The contact information is used internally by Acorg Inc. to contact you about your account. The location information is used to create search engine indexes and to define search requests. A business has only one set of contact information but may have multiple sets of location information. This allows a business to tie multiple locations, like a franchise chain, to a single website and a single set of stored web site pages. Adding multiple locations to the system increases your search exposure and enhances the "locations within search area" feature shown with the search request results.

Choosing a Category

If you do not select a category, the system will not include you in any searches that are filtered by category, even if the search directly represents your website. I cannot express how important it is to choose your categories. Internet users that specify category and area filtering are receiving very specific results and would be a great potential customer.

How the Search is Defined

An internet user can choose 1000's of geographic and category search combinations with a few clicks of the mouse. This makes for an incredibly powerful search tool. Those results are generated from the information supplied by each business. Our software takes the internet users input and supplies them with exact geo-specific search engine results. These results are highly targeted and the conversion to customer rate for these searches are very high.

Other things you have control of

As a business, you can control almost every aspect of your account. You can specify how often you would like our system to refresh your stored pages and which pages should be included in the index. You can defined some keywords that you would like statistical information about and either receive that information by email or by viewing it online. There is a direct coupon link feature that allows an internet user to click an icon and get taken directly to a special offer page on your site.
