to... Change your location information
|
| The location
information in your account is used by Acorg to separate the search
engine indexes and to place your location(s) correctly for search
requests. You can change that information at any time. After you have
logged in to your account, you can select the "Modify Locations
Information" link on the members area home page. You can also
access this area from the preferences page. Here you will see a page
with both your contact information and your location information.
In the left hand column you will see all of your locations currently
in the system. You can choose to edit a locations information by clicking
on the "Edit" link directly under each location listing.
You can also delete a location by clicking on the "Delete"
link. Using this link will not give you a warning and the location
will be deleted. If you have deleted a location by mistake, you can
click on the "Add Location Information" link and add the
information back. Any changes made to a location is immediate in our
main database but will only be updated in the search indexes after
an index update, usually every night. |
