Acorg has designed our system to give the members feedback about their account. Free members can receive up to 10 emails a month from us and they cannot choose to opt-out of those emails. A basic preferred member receives a maximum* of 6 emails a month with information directly relating to their account. These might be tips to improve search engine positioning, about a new category we have added, your monthly keyword report etc. If you would rather not receive these types of emails, you can opt-out. By clicking on the "Edit Preferences" link in the left navigation column, it gives you the form needed to opt-in or opt-out. Just by clicking on the appropriate radio button (the round things), you can change your status. Finish the update by clicking the "Edit Preferences" button.

Also, you may opt-out of email reports but still see them online in the members area. The stats/reports link in the navigation column will link you to most of the stuff you would have gotten by email.

Choosing to opt-out of report emails does not exclude emails from us and our account renewal email service. It also does not exclude emails sent directly by one of our staff regarding an issue with your account.
