I am REALLY proud of this cool feature. Any site that appears to be XXX rated is tagged and evaluated by the Acorg team. If the site is the local adult video store, an XXX label is added to every link displayed for that company. Also, the title and description area of the results are censored so no offensive words are seen. The software also ensures that sites like the "Breast Cancer Society" do not get filtered, just because they might violate our strict internal screening process. (more info)

Since adult rated things go on every day in our communities, I did not think it was fair to exclude adult material websites from the search engine. The goal of adding this feature was to ensure that the system could be used by everyone while allowing for the true representation of the local community.
